Account Deletion Request

You can request to delete your account and associated personal data from Lissene application by following these steps:

1. Send an email to [email protected] from the email associated with your account.
2. Write "Account Deletion Request" in the email subject.
3. Include your username or registered email in the application.
4. Our support team will process your request within 7 business days.

Data that will be deleted:

• Personal account information
• Learning progress and achievements
• Activity and interaction history

Data that will be retained:

• Aggregated and anonymized data for statistical purposes
• Information required for legal compliance (retained for up to 90 days)

Note: Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and you will lose all your data and learning progress.
